Poor workmanship. Poor customer service they messed up on my car up twice. I tried to call and talk with the service manager and he would not return my call. I had to pay for towing two times because their tech did not fix my car properly. The last repair could’ve cost me my life or serious injury. You think that somebody would at least return my call so I could make a complaint.

I went in for my oil service and right after I noticed my auto start on my new jeep failed and few things began to degrade. It’s a dealership that priorizes money making over customer trust and experience, I will probably not purchase my next car from here and go somewhere else. There’s too much nickel and fuming under the guise of friendly salesmanship.

Sean and the team were so helpful in getting me up to speed on my elderly grandparents service contract and helping take care of the diagnosis. Very professional team and quick to resolve any issues.

I went through the entire process of purchasing the vehicle online, including choosing options and was presented with a deal sheet I attached a screenshot of. When I went to the dealership, they tried to sell me the service plans again, which I declined, but then outright refused to sell me the car unless I purchased a "LoJack system" that had been pre-installed for $799. All I wanted to do was buy the car, with cash, for the price they promised online. It is incredibly disappointing to find dealerships still engage in these types of high-pressure deceptive sales tactics.

All I can say is this is my second brand new ram truck I bought from them in the last 3 years first was a complete lemon and the engine had to be replaced and the misfiring of a cylinder still continued. I figured this was just bad luck. My second truck has a faulty 4wd system that still is not fixed and the tailgate would not open properly. I’m starting to think they do not take care of there inventory.

Service was completed and truck checkup done with full report to what was done on time.

Great help when I needed a quick fix! My tires were low and they checked everything else too, gave me a detailed report, and didn't charge me for the service.

Fault in jeep with a water leak into car and they charge me thousands to fix when it's poor quality. They couldn't put dash back on correctly.

This was my second visit to this dealer, and it was a complete NIGHTMARE compared to the first time. My car is still under warranty, yet the parking sensor suddenly stopped working. I took it to the dealer to get it checked, and after ONE WHOLE DAY, they had the audacity to tell me I’d have to shell out around $300 just for a diagnosis because they assumed the sensor damage wasn’t covered by the warranty. A bit different than other dealerships I’ve bought from in that they kept switching salespeople on us throughout the process. Haven’t seen this before but whatever, buying a car is a pain but we had fun and everyone that we dealt with was very nice. Brought my 2016 Grand Cherokee SRT in to have the engine fan replaced, quote was 1700.00 + tax. I chose to get another opinion so I picked my car up.
